myTube complies with 18 U.S.C. 2257 and related regulations. All persons depicted on this website were at least 18 years of age at the time of production. We do not produce content and rely on third-party content providers for age and record-keeping verification.

DMCA / Copyright Takedown Policy

myTube respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same. We respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA").

To Submit a DMCA Notice

Please send a written notice to our designated agent through our contact page with the subject "DMCA / Takedown", including:

1. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
2. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material (URL of the page).
3. Your contact information, including address, telephone number, and email address.
4. A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
5. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
6. Your physical or electronic signature.

Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification containing your contact information, identification of the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was in error, and your consent to local jurisdiction. Submit counter-notices through our contact page.

Prohibited Content

We do not allow content involving minors, non-consensual acts, violence, animals, or any illegal activity. Such content will be removed immediately and reported to the appropriate authorities. We maintain a policy of terminating accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers.
